1. 本人的研究方向为“病原菌致病与耐药机制的研究”,主要致力于以下两个方面:
围绕“类脂A的结构修饰”这一科学问题,从脂代谢角度解析“MCR基因家族多粘菌素耐药的遗传进化、蛋白结构基础和流行传播”的分子机制。不仅探明了类脂A是细菌对多粘菌素抗生素药物的耐药代谢基础,而且提出了MCR基因家族介导多粘菌素耐药的酶学催化机理和遗传进化机制模型。相关成果发表在Cell Reports、mBio、Ebiomedicine等国际知名杂志。
围绕“生物素代谢”这一科学问题,阐明了生物素BioZ合成通路的结构与生化机制,发现合成生物素的新途径;挖掘分枝杆菌BioC-BioH生物素合成途径的关键基因,解析生物素代谢与病原菌致病的关系,为新抗菌靶标的挖掘/小分子药物设计提供理论支持。相关成果发表在Science Advancesd、 Nature Communications、PLoS Pathogens等杂志。
