（职能部门）
【岗位职责】
– Support Performance review cycle from end to end, including document preparation, driving the process and delivering high quality tasks
– Prepare performance data in excel and PPT format
– Draft e-mails according to performance review needs
– Generate performance review reports and survey data
– Play a PMO (Project Management) role for the review package preparation process
– Data clean and analysis
– Draft slides for review meetings
– Support local talent review meeting and logistics

【任职要求】
– Fluent communication both in oral and written English
– Humble and willing to learn/do;
– With the attitude of being meticulous
【实习时间】
– Working time: At least 3 days/week and four months guaranteed
